Do you think it still going well after assassins creed?

Do you mean Splinter Cell? It shows as "in development 2017" on Tom's page.
I have no idea how development is going, but if it isn't up to par I bet Tom passes on it.

Yes, and I suppose that the critical panning of Assassin's Creed is likely to induce some cold feet too..
