Look who her parents are. Betty wasn’t hard for her to become an actress lol

Why gives a damn? Tired of people treating nepotism like it’s incest. There are thousands of a actors who would kill to have parents or other family members who can give them a lead in to opportunities.

And there are several great actors — like her — who earned the right to succeed once they entered the industry. People shouldn’t be refused opportunities just because they’re related to someone like you’re suggesting.

Exactly! Much of the success in acting(and many, if not most other careers) comes down to the luck of who you know... Nepotism is only a bad thing if the person is a shit actor!

I’ve always liked her since seeing her first in The Prestige. I had no knowledge of her theatrical heritage.

plenty of actors with bigger named/more connected parents who don't make it.
