That's what I'm thinking reading all the nasty posts here about how she looks. If she truly were hideous, no one would waste their time. But she isn't -- she's a stunner actually -- and that seems to be weirding out a lot of guys who think the only beautiful archetype out there is skeletal waif. Shows how good acting can mess with people's heads...

I think most of the people talk that trash about her because of her character on Breaking Bad is such a b**** that they confuse that for her real personality. I think she's great on the show as a b**** (if that IS in fact what they were going for) and whenever I see her now I wanna smack her. She's doing her job perfectly and she's a terrific actress.
I don't prefer a specific body type but I do prefer women with some meat on their bones, so Anna Gunn is amazingly beautiful in my eyes. Most men don't think the way women think they think (if that makes sense). We don't ALL like skinny (not "thin", "healthy", "slender", "athletic", etc. SKINNY (BONES)) women.
People like different types. The fact that you would jump to that conclusion makes you look stupid and petty.

Grown is the operative word. I suspect many are young and none are grown, no matter what their physical age is.
IMDb seems to be where the mysogynists like to gather and whine about actresses who play female characters that aren't some simpering stereotypic male fantasy type. It's all over IMDb. How dare these women not be submissive to their male counterparts at all times.
I'm female, too, but I don't think Skylar is a "bitch." The biggest 'bitch' on the show is Walter.

If you think misogyny is bad on IMDB, you should check out certain YouTube videos. I am not exactly a feminist kind of guy, but the user comments can make you go "whoaaa". Some of the worst is on the Locked Up Abroad" series where the slagging borders on comical. Videos where the female drug mules get busted, many of the comments are something like "shoot the dumm *beep* c#nt" while with the male mules its far more likely to be supportive, such as "what a nightmare these poor lads went through, they made a mistake and have now paid their debt to society. I wish them well" LOL
