It was just heartbreaking to see her struggle after she finds out about Walt. The character was incredible, she was the only one trying to behave sane after all the craziness.

She also seemed to love running the car wash, knowing full well it was a money laundering scheme that she helped set up. She also fiddled the Beneke accounts and had Ted threatened in order to sign that money over which led to his accident. As well as having a full blown affair with Ted and smoking whilst pregnant as well as whilst regularly in front of the baby/in the same house.
She definitely had her dark side. She had a lot to deal with but was far from innocent, though she'll probably never admit her part in any of it to Walt junior, Holly or Marie. Walt did his best to paint himself as the only overbearing bad guy to the police in order to protect her when it all went to court.
She was a complex and flawed character who could be loving and protective but never once did I feel much sympathy for her. I'm not sure if it was how the character was written or how the actress performed the part.
You know someone is an amazing actor/actress when people can't separate them from the characters they play
