I don't think so. Compare kid pictures of her and recent ones. Same nose.

I don't see the nose thing but anyone else think that her forehead has gotten unnaturally smooth? I think there's quite a big difference between how she looked in the last episode of 'Gilmore Girls' and, 'Parenthood'. It could just be her super dark hair color which, I think, is a bit too much for her. I know they're trying to differentiate Sarah from Lorelai but I think it's a little too over powering. Don't get me wrong, she's still beautiful as ever but even Angelina Jolie had a bad hair color day. Remember the 2000 Oscars? Eesh X (

She's never had surgery on her nose. And she was stunning in the last episode of Gilmore Girls and is stunning in Parenthood. There's nothing unnatural about her. She looks magnificent for her age - all of us should be so lucky. And you are so right, leonie . . . she has the exact same nose/face as when she was a youngster.

My God, who cares? Even if you are right it was 15 years ago!! What, that would have made her about 29-30.
I absolutely love that there are still some Actresses that are allowing themselves to age, even though Lauren looks much younger than she is.

And yet she doses in the unnatural BOTOX!

I don't know about the nose, I'd have to check her older pics, but I've already found myself dismayed that such a naturally attractive, almost tomboyishly sexy, woman would feel the need to immobilize her face with that poison.


EDIT - Her nose does look too small for her face and a strange shape, so if it was a nose job, it was an unfortunate one. However, if that's her natural nose, I can see how the rumors might have gotten started. I couldn't find any pics from the mid-90s so I don't know for sure. I know this much... if it was a nose job, it's a shame. But if that's just how her nose looks, then for how appealing this woman looks, overall, I could easily overlook a small imperfection, as long as she didn't do it to herself.

Just a shame about that botox, though.

My sentiments, exactly. I came to her page because I saw her in a movie and thought "she's so pretty but clearly defiles herself with botox"

I also don't know about the nose. The nostrils look a little unnatural but it's not certain and I'm not familiar with her old nose. The botox is beyond question, however.

What a hypocrite. Botox is as bad as surgery.

So what. How do we know that she didn't have her nose done for medical reasons? That happened to me. She is still a beautiful person and doesn't look completely fake like some people in Hollywood do.
