She thought she wasn't pretty?

I can't BELIEVE this but she actually thought she couldn't be a "pretty girl" and "didn't have those looks."

Like WHAT?! She's older now, sure, and maybe how pretty she is isn't IMMEDIATELY noticeable, though I think she's gorgeous, but I can't believe when she was younger she didn't think she was conventionally attractive like other girls! I remember watching the first season of Gilmore Girls and thinking how disgusting it was that someone that pretty was also that funny. She was REALLY gorgeous back then! I mean, she still is now, but she was REALLY really like supermodel attractive. Now usually I think when people talk about celebrities being attractive I think they're sometime stretching it, but she was REALLY like obscenely attractive. And still is.

I agree, shes insanely beautiful!

i'd definitely bang her, in fact i would like to.

but a lot of chicks in laurens league say they think they are not pretty. it's called being full of crap

reply

it's called insecurity...

reply

it would be insecurity if she actually believed it and then even if she did, it would then be called insanity.

I went to junior high with her, and she was not considered pretty, even though she looked exactly the same as she does now (i.e., was quite beautiful). She just wasn't interested in her looks, and she was one of the smart kids, which for some reason disqualified her in the middle school beauty stakes. Obviously, kids are stupid about things like this, but sometimes these self-impressions stick with you. Maybe that's the case with her.

I know what you mean. Beauty is more than physical features. It's how someone carries their self, how they groom theirself, their confidence.
I knew girls in HS who seemed very plain. They went away to college and then I'd see them a few years later and WOW who's this!

Only explanation she developed a funny bone, for that little mishap at least I am thankful.
