I think she is very beautiful but the short hair doesn't suit her. When she plays Snow the long her just really brings out all her features but the Mary Margret short hair doesn't work at all.

shareActually the long haired wig on the show is horrible. If you know hair, it's extremely obvious that it's not very realistic and does not match her face structure. I would prefer her natural hair to be a bit longer to maybe a bob, but given her rounded jawline a short hair style is the best way to go for her. Besides, all that matters is what she likes since it is her hair.
