Yeah, she doesn't have the right kind of ears (i.e. very small) to really pull off the "girl with a boy haircut" look. Like most women, she just looks better with longer hair, IMHO...
shareI disagree, she is cute with the long hair but stunning with the short hair. A beautiful face is a beautiful face. She is not on the same level as Natalie Portland who is a goddess even with a shaved head but the short hair definitely compliments her face IMO.
Edit: Don't get me wrong, when she has long hair I get momentary sparks of Rachel Bilson and other attractive cute girls but when her hair is short it really works for her in a very attractive way.

Makes her look more like a tomboy, certainly not a stunning woman.
She looked gorgeous with it long, but like Emma Watson and Hayden Panettiere, she ruined her image by cutting her hair.
Why do people alway have to dump on actreess who cut their hair. it is not your hair so why dose it matter. I understand every one has a view point and they should share it. That said I think she is very pretty and looks great with short hair

All "boy or butch WNBA aficionado" technicalities aside though, my original contention was simply that only certain women's faces seem to go well with very short hair (Halle Berry is an example). Ginnifer (sic, ma and pa?) looked very nice at times on Big Love - not so much with the marine hairdo. Of course, I also mentioned that this was nothing more than my humble opinion...
