Augmented lips?

First, I think she's gorgeous (and, I'm proud to say, the spitting image of my longtime GF in the 70's). But it seems in the last few episodes of "Lucifer" that she's had those goddamn lip injections. It never seems to improve a woman's looks. Especially when, as in her case, she's damn near perfect in the first place.

She appears to have been using fillers for quite some time now (definitely lips and cheeks). Botox as well. It's hard to look like this at 37 without good skincare and some injectables.

She probably got the injections topped up, which is why you're just noticing it now. Very nice result: she looks youthful.
