By definition, all Mexicans are mestizos because that was the result after natives and spaniards bred. That's why we've got blue/green-eyed people that were born in this country, with Mexican parents and such.
So unless his parents are directly from another country or race, he's simply a Mexican and not a combination.

Considered by whom? By Mexicans? By Americans? If the former, he's considered... a Mexican, period, imagine that. If the latter, take your pick. You're the ones obsessed with the color of people's skins.
