Yeah, he looks older than he is. It's the grey hair, some men develop it quite early he's one of them. I'm just glad he isn't dyeing it. Stay natural, enough of fake crap in the world as is.
shareI first saw him in The Office and he looked like he was in his early 20s. But when I saw him a few years later in The Hobbit, I couldn't believe it was the same guy. At first I though they probably just made him look really young for The Office role, but I now see that he was born in the 70s. He's still relatively young and is only 45.
Anyway he's rich now, so I guess he doesn't care :)
