is he retired.

The last movie he made was in 2015.

I wonder: if LOST had ended on a high note creatively, rather than as the rancid, unwatchable disappointment it was, would Fox’s career have turned out a bit differently? I suspect that the unbearable stink on that show, combined with the whispers about his temper/personal life, kept him from being considered for anything too prominent.

He is just one of those losers who are too lazy to search for work after their hit show ended. I used to think it was curse and that actors were having trouble finding work because producers only saw their previous character. But we saw how many actors do find new roles no problem.

May Lost actors found work. Sawyer guy is constantly somewhere. He even had his own tv show where he was lead. It lasted for few seasons.

If you look at the IMDB page then almost all Lost actors are working. Its just laziness with this one.

So once you act that's all there ever is?

I respect actors that decide there's more to life and willingly walk away.

As it is he's doing a limited series due out this year. On his terms.

What an absurd statement without any evidence to back up such a claim. I came here, honestly wondering why he hadn't worked in TV/film for a stretch of years, and your answer is "laziness". Wow.

In any case, he is in two series now - "Last Light" (2022) and "CAUGHT" (2023).

reply

Oh yeah what a lazy loser he is. Stepping away from working 16 hours workdays to spend more time with his wife and kids. What a complete and total loser that is. Most kids should be so lucky.

reply

Wow, you're right. Maybe he's in rehab? 😆

He was vocal about stepping back from acting. He also claimed he no longer were offered the projects he wanted.

reply

I love it when every actor thinks he is entitled to be offered roles he wants. Specially when it's someone untalented.

He was "high on his own supply" after LOST. He had an OK run during the LOST 6 year production span but once the show ended Alex Cross bombed & his part in World War Z was cut.
He was also deemed unfriendly and a loner on set.

reply

Maybe he's lost.
