I don't know what the Andy Dick thing is, mat=ybe a joke she made when she was doing Weekend Update on SNL or maybe a joke she made in an interview.
The OP claiming that she 'jumped on Tracy Morgan when everyone else did' is ridiculous. I believe what they are referring to is that Tina 'made' (probably, more like 'asked') him apologize for the homophobic remarks he made when doing stand-up a few years back. Tracy made a joke in one of his routines that went something like 'if my son came home and told me he was gay, I would kill him' (as in, he would actually kill him). I felt pretty sorry for Tina at the time, she had already dealt with Alec Baldwins phone rant a couple of years earlier and now she had Tracy causing massive controversy and making her and the show (30 Rock) look bad by extension, it's also very notable that Tina was 8 months pregnant at the time and really didn't need Tracy doing what she did. Asking Tracy to apologize for his comment was NOT her 'jumping on him after everyone else did'.
