After quitting his job in a prominent Los Angeles restaurant to maintain his integrity, a talented chef heads home to Miami with an idea for his next career move. Teaming up with his ex-wife, his son, and a good friend, he decides to open up a food truck, bringing his edible creations directly to the streets and reigniting his passion for cooking. He decides, with his newly mobile dining experience, to take the truck across country and reclaim the success he may have left behind.
