Why isn't he directing Iron Man 3?

I heard he dropped out to do a Magic Kingdom movie with Disney. It is like Night at the Museum meets Disneyworld or something.

He dropped out of Iron 3 to do that movie but I haven't heard anything else about the movie or if it is even still in production.
