Saen Faris will get 'better' roles.

I do not have the answer to getting those roles. I think he could. Is it connections? What I do know is that People get really tired of seeing the same 10 actors make crappy movies and get tons of exposure about it.
Most would give anything to have the notable career of a Tom Hanks. He's a nice guy and talented. And then so is Brad Pitt & he makes bad choices. Sometimes actors believe they should always do a tough guy role or romantic lead. It does not have to always be violence either. I agree with the others on the board that ask, 'Why isn't Sean a bigger star'.
Maybe he is where he wants to be. I am rooting for actors who will act, not just be obnoxious on screen. His best that I have seen is Forever Strong. Great message in that film. Sean has shown potential to be placed in top tier roles. I hope he continues to show growth and I know he will have a great career. He can make good choices not just because it is trendy. (Remember Tom Cruise in Eyes Wide Shut? Horrible!) Hope it is a great year with continued success in his career and personal life. Here's to the good guys.
