Of course we all know that Johnny Carson was the best Tonight Show host, but between Jimmy and Jay, who did you tolerate better?

Leno by far. The show was so much better when Leno hosted. Remember "Jaywalking" or "Headlines". Fallon doesn't seem to be trying much to make his show worth watching.

But of all the current late night hosts Fallon is the only one I ever watch because all the others are so much worse.

Fallon is great but all the other hosts are much better Seth and Colbert are the best.

The “headlines” segments were the best part of Leno’s show, lol

Neither. I liked Letterman way more than Leno and now I like Colbert way more than Fallon.

I would rank the modern hosts something like:

1. Early Letterman
2. Craig Kilborn
3. Later Leno
4. Craig Fergusson
5. Early Conan
6. Early Kimmel
7. Fallon
