Reminds me of a young Sheila Hancock and also bears an uncanny resemblance to Joan Allen.

Joan Allen definitely,
I thought it was Joan Allen when I first initially started watching Game of Thrones...and I came on here just to mention who she looks like.

I clicked on this thread to say Joan Allen, but I see others see the resemblance also and beat me to it. ;P

Absolutely Joan Allen. My first thought when I saw her.

My second thought was how unusually attractive I found her to be.

She's hot. For real.

I just watched Joan Allen in Stephan Kings: "The perfect Marriage" and I thought "That's the lady from Resurrection" (Nope, that's Michelle Fairly) So yes they fore sure look a lot alike.
