theres something very asymetrical about her face, not only her sour puss face, one of her eyes always looks like its pointing at a slightly different angle. that being said shes a good actress and nice looking but maybe not beautiful

No she's not perfect... one of her eyes is definitely "lazy" and her ears stick out a bit, and she has chicken legs... but that being said I think she's very unique looking. On The Killing she's make-up free and dressed very plain but she still seems striking on screen. I think she resembles the 60's actress Liv Ullman quite a lot:
