Did he play Mark in Drop Dead Diva's season finale? The character isn't in IMBD list and the credit isn't included in his bio...but it really looks like him.
YES! That was Ethan. He is listed in the opening credits as a Guest Star. :) I had to do a double take myself and watch the credits again.
