I'm just not so blown away by his American accent. There are so many other British actors whose American accent I find way more convincing, for example Martin Freeman (Fargo series), Hugh Laurie (House M.D. series), Emily Blunt (Sicario), Kate Winslet (She pretty much always plays an American),...etc.

Colin farell has literally the worst fake American accent I've ever heard. Watch pride and glory, he slips and talks full on Irish multiple times.
shareHe's a Great British actor, but I'm not blown away by his American accent either GalijabreREMA, especially in Prometheus, but equally so in his new film The Dark Tower, his accent in that film is awful. I don't know why they just don't have him making films with his London accent.
