Going to be on the reboot of MacGyver.
I loved the original series and usually avoid reboots like the plague. (That's why I've avoided the new Hawaii 5-0)
But with George in it I might give it a try.
Seen the trailer the new series looks good I wonder if Richard Dean Anderson will make a guest appearance in the reboot?

I think this role on MacGyver is much more suited to him than CSI was. I mean, he did a damn fine job on CSI for all those years, but I always felt a beefy guy like him was more suited to play a beefy tough guy on TV rather than a nerdy scientist.
No, I'm not insulting nerds (I'm married to an engineer myself) I'm just saying he had more of a Chuck Norris thing than a Dr. Sheldon Cooper thing.

It's pretty cool. Holds true to the original in the best way. New folks playing the characters but Mac is still a quickfix wizard. Master of his domain. 🔨🔧💣⌚🔌🔋
When I saw what type of character George plays I posted on Twitter that he left CSI cause he got tired of the staid path his character took. He wanted to be physical/moving. I mean, the guy played Evil Kenevil (Keneval?) for crying out loud! Plus being ex-football and all. 🏈
