she could play she hulk in an upcoming avengers movie or another marvel movies
she already worked with joss whedon several times
so who else agree ?

She's too small. She-Hulk is at least 6 foot.

They could CGI her much like they did with Mark Ruffalo and Edward Norton when they were Hulk. Just have Eliza as Jennifer and have Eliza voice over and motion-capture her as She-Hulk.
