I think he would have been a good president. Perhaps his image of being 'old' may have transitioned to being 'grandfatherly', and Americans would have warmed to him.
Bills 2nd term was a disaster. Sure, the economy hummed along, but the whole monica-gate stuff and obsession with Israeli peace (which failed, no fault of his) kind of made his 2nd term pointless.
Clinton got us out of the recession which Bush ignored. I remember Bush repeatedly said the economy was great while the economy nose-dived and the homeless population grew. Monica nonsense was just a partisan attack.
Probably not a good idea since he's 96.

Hard to say. I don't think he would have put up much of a fight against the NWO like JFK, Reagan, and Trump did, so it probably wouldn't have been much different than a Clinton presidency. I guess that is why no one tried to shoot him, or otherwise destroy him.
