Her mother is 60 and looks like 40...(I'm from Quebec and her mother is a popular actress here, that's how I know that.)

She looks like a well preserved 28 year old.

im only 14 and if she came into my classroom as a new student i would'nt look twice coz she could pass as a 15 year old

She definitely looks much younger than 29. I don't know about 15, but she could easily pass for a high-school senior. She must get carded a lot.

So what? Im 27 and I look as if Im 18...I cant buy booze or lottery without the clerks asking my ID. We all age differently that's all...and that's her real age. It's a girl from Québec, we've seen her literally grow up on tv.

So nothing. I don't think anyone's making a big deal out of it. It may be your experience that you could look 18 without getting carded for booze, but it may/may not be Caroline's. We're all just conjecture-ing here.
