Is it just me, or does he look just like Tom Everett Scott?

When I first saw his profile pic, I thought it was a picture of a younger him, and that he was Governor Donald Shalvoy from L&O.

Just a though. They are both handsome with great bone structure.

YES!!! I was just watching a dvd of the "Jane Austen Book Club", and I knew it wasn't him, age-wise, but I kept thinking of the drummer in "That Thing You Do"...Tom Everett Scott!

No, I don't think that they look alike. And Hugh is much cuter than Tom Everett Scott.
