Trade tariffs help domestic manufacturing level the playing field. Sure this drives price higher, but also ensures increased employment.
With increased employment, it offers each worker Economic freedom to choose where they want to work, what they want to purchase.
I don't blame her for not running. Why anyone would want to be president is beyond me.
