I was going to say, "No, she'd be too young back then," then chided myself for forgetting there are child voice actresses and she was one of them. Her first credited voice role was when she was 14! Just look at how long her resume is, 465 acting credits. I would also add that if you've played any video games in the past 19 years you've heard her voice. Just do a Ctrl+F search on the phrase "video game", it comes up 133 times since 1998!
