First time I actually saw her, she was playing Senator Padmé Amidala's last surviving handmaiden in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. Her name was Dormé, and you see Padmé saying goodbye to her and giving her instructions when she and Anakin were headed to the transport to leave Coruscant. http://www.rebelshaven.com/SWFFAQ/images/dorme/dorme38.jpg
She was also in the background in at least 2 other scenes, and you see her rushing in to make sure Padmé was doing all right after the assassination attack in her bedroom.
Not really a noteworthy role, but Star Wars fans would know of it :D
