He's set to play the villain. I'm not familiar with Captain America's rogue's gallery though 

Baron Zemo is one of the only major Cap villains yet show up on the big screen. Zemo had a very large role in the Civil War comic book.

Very nice. I'm just hoping to see Frank Grillo back as Crossbones. Somewhere he should fit into the storyline.

He also had a major role in the Civil War comic. He's actually the one who orchestrated the assassination of Captain America.

I think he'll play Baron Zemo, who'll be in charge of Hydra at that point.

Depends what happens to Strucker. I don't see him being killed in AoU.

Maybe Strucker will be imprisoned, but still commanding Hydra from behind the scenes, while Zemo acts as his lieutenant and directly commands Hydra's forces.
