I don't think that's true. At all. He should be casted as more regulars on TV, that's what I think. He's a great actor. Billy and Billie was very cool and showed he can carry a show (much like Seth Cohen could, hell, even Dave Rygalski carried a couple episodes of Gilmore Girls)

Watch Start Up trailer and you will understand he is far from over. He will create things on his own. I am glad he is not doing generic studio shows like some of his old co-stars are doing. Its better to sit at home than doing overrated studio disasters.
