Anyone notice Sarah breathes heavily when she's emoting?

I first noticed it in the last season or two of the Tudors, when she was older and suddenly wearing corsets, and she's been doing it on Into the Badlands as well.

Whenever she's emoting, or her character is reacting to something, or pretty much any other time, you can see her breathing heavily, with her shoulders and chest heaving. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan, but that's a weird acting tic.

Yeah,i feel something wierd when i was watching her too,its not bad acting but yeah i cant tell what it is.Thanks for poiting it now,i dont understand too,maybe she still nervous?

She tends to breathe heavily when she's being emoted, down under, if ya know what I mean.
