Issue with him being in FF7...

I want to see him in it just as much as anybody else, will definitely give Tokyo Drift more credit as a film, and not just a sort of spin off as some unfortunately still see it as. However, one would have to assume that the new film is a direct continuation of TD, and this is what leads us to Lucas Black. Have you seen how much he has aged? Not necessarily aged actually, but he's going bald. I'm aware of make up artists and such who could have alternative methods to rectify the issue, but he does look very different, and bare in mind he's supposed to be a teenager! I really want him back in the series, but in terms of continuity this would bug me lol, sad I know.

Why isn't he in these most recent f&f movies?

The reason why he's not in the recent f&f movies is because those events take place before Tokyo Drift. Remember Han dies in Tokyo Drift. I hope that clarifies it for you.
