shareOr, it’s possible that China is having an outbreak because they tried a “Zero CoViD” strategy.
Everyone I know who caught CoViD has been vaccinated—it’s been established that the vaccines don’t prevent infection, or subsequent spread.
AFAIK, there has never been an effective coronavirus vaccine before CoViD, and apparently that hasn’t changed.
