If Republicans regain the house and Senate will Biden face impeachment? I think it's a legitimate question as America is on path to become a third world hellscape. I'd say he's guilty of derelict of Duty or he could face the 25th. I'd only want Impeachment to happen if Kamala is removed as well

According to the Constitution, Biden does not fit the definition. Trump did, and was impeached twice, though not convicted.
So, the short answer to your question is no.
Trump did not "fit the definition" in any way. Years and millions of dollars were wasted trying to prove otherwise, but it couldn't be done because there was nothing there. Biden could certainly be removed by other means, on grounds of mental incompetence.

shareHere's the thing; no president in America has ever been successfully fired. You can impeach them all you want (which is mostly just an accusation from a law point of view) but as long as the guy in office has members of his own party in the govt. fighting for him, you will never see the current one (in any time period) unseated. It would be too humiliating for America to fire a guy they had duly elected to the highest job in the land, and would make international relations far worse than they already are.
Other countries have successfully been able to legally unseat unfit leaders, but only because they weren't a big player on the world stage, and probably had smarter people with more integrity working in their governments.
