So many things on this list are stupid, destructive moves that will only make most Americans' lives more expensive, less safe, and less free. Biden is a whirlwind of devastation, an insult to common sense, an embarrassment. To regard this mess as a list of sterling achievements, it is necessary to be completely naive, stupid, or evil.
