24 is his only big role??

I just went through all the acting jobs he's had, and none of them are particularly noteworthy (aside from 24). For such a big role on 24, with other big actors on the show, he seems to be an unknown for somebody starring right beside Kiefer Sutherland. Don't get me wrong, he's great in 24, but I find it puzzling that this is his only "big" role. Everything else he's done is guest starring on TV series occasionally and oddball B movies.

Does anybody else think this is strange?

He's such a great actor. So I will say it's sick that he hasn't had more big roles.

I think I read that he's more involved in theater than in tv/film production.

He is more involved in theater. He went to ACT which is San Francisco. He only does things on his terms though. He went to ACT with my Mom and I saw him speak yesterday, he talked about doing stuff he liked and wanting the ability to shape his character into what he thinks he should be.

Why the hell not, We're not France that's a start.

OK, it's not like it's a huge stretch from his Tony Almeda character, but I would definitely recommend the unfortunately titled ALIEN RAIDERS, as a tight little contained (it all takes place in a supermarket) B-monster movie. Possibly one of the worst closing credits songs in history, but worth watching for Carlos and a great cast having fun in an energetic, bloody genre flick.
