Is she fluent in French, or was that a voice over?

In an episode of Pretty Little Liars she's reads out a card in what sounds like fluent French. My daughter took French for 5 years or more and is very familiar with its dialects. I'm not. My daughter was impressed with her speech, if it's really her.

Do any of you know for certain if she's fluent in French, or if this was a voice over or what? If you do know, can you provide that source?

She's cute. She's my daughter's favorite on the show.

If i remember correctly she is pretty fluent. She took years of French at the private school she attended.
