on episode #721, before Ike was a cast member, in a sketch called Bean Town Bums, a fake sitcom with Alex Borstein and Will Sasso, "Ike Berenholtz" is listed in the credits.

If you go on http://www.gettyimages.com/ Ike's name is spelled Berenholtz instead of Barinholtz.
