Came here because I was wondering if he had any Asian ancestry. I've never seen a Caucasian dude with eyes like that.

A quarter, I'd say. Because he looks very similar to a friend I have who is 1/4 Japanese.

My dad has the almost same eyes. Trust me, these eyes will look much much worse in Asian people. Btw, I am Chinese and I do not get my day's eyes. Hallelujah.

His surman, believe it or not, is Asian. According to lastnames.com, the name comes from the Philippines and Guam. Not sure if that's correct or not.
