It seems he is involved in everything in Hollywood these days.
It's got to be overwhelming?

I can't imagine how he survived leading a project of that size for a company as large, controlling and micromanaging as Disney. How was he successful while Whedon was only marginally so?

He must be sleeping while he's directing. It does provide an explanation for his awful films.
