Why do most of his TV shows get cancelled?

Seriously, why is that? Is he like TV poison or something? I mean some of those shows are actually kinda interesting.

It sucks that he had two shows on the air and both are cancelled, 'Almost Human' and 'Believe'. His shows were all successful from 'Felicity' to 'Lost' but I guess he lost his mojo.

He has been involved with 12 shows. His earlier shows he wrote and directed. The recent ones that are getting canceled, all he does is produce the shows. Out of the 12, 5 have been succesful: Felicity, Alias, Lost, Fringe and Person of Interest.

The 7 failures: What About Brian, Six Degrees, Undercovers, Alcatraz, Revolution, Almost Human and Believe

With the exception of Undercovers, these failures had little to do with Abrams. He just funds the shows.

I see. It seems only POI is doing well now that Believe, Revolution, and Almost Human are cancelled.

He takes wonder and complexity and presents it in a way that no one can possibly understand.

Revolution was 42 episodes, it's far from a failure !!! You can't compare 13 or less episodes cancelled show versus a 42 episodes show.

And a show cancelled is not neccessary a bad one, it always about rating. I remembered the great and refreshing Firefly, was cancelled but was one of the best out there!

Person of Interest is Jonathan Nolan's child. Abrams is just the wealthy uncle. 😉
