He's done both. Which do you think he portrays better?

I prefer him as the bad guy. He was stone cold in Die Hard 2.

I like both. I like him in Die Hard 2 but I like his sympathetic role in Shawshank Redemption.

bad guy. so when he is a good guy you like him a lot, like in demon knight.

Both. I've seen him as both bad and good. I mean there's Col Stuart then there's The Reaper, or Valenti, or Brayker from Demon Knight.
