Doubt it. She's not that big and looks pretty natural. She's been padded in some roles but you see her in real life and she's a normal size for her frame. And she's nursing her baby which you can't always do after surgery.

I was wondering the same thing...

In recent pictures she seems to have some pretty large ones.

In recent pictures, she's been nursing a baby. She was padded big time for both Sopranos and Joey.
