SInce she's pregnant again, it looked more like she was being dressed in loose outfits to hide the early bump.
shareDidn't she announce her pregnancy around November or December? This would have been taped back in August or September, before she started showing.

She had a bit of a bump in Oct., so she might have already been gaining a bit back in the fall.
