i think he should leave it, it gives him character, and if it doesnt bother him or cause any medical issues i dont see why!
but thats just me, i remember hearing people refer to him as "the guy with the broken nose" LOL so i think it makes him stick in your minds just a little more!

his nose has always been like that..broken..and thats what makes him stand out..

hes still hot though.. doesnt matter

It hasn't always been like that. You can spot him in a few scenes in Rushmore. You almost can't recognize him on account of the straight nose.
