american is his nationality but im assuming your asking for his ethnicity as most people get those terms confused anyway....he is colombian and venezulean.

What does white mean?If it means exclusively od british german and northern european descent, then i rest my case. But South America was colonized by spanish, portoguese, italians and other europeans. So often south americans are a mix of those and ameridian and even asian descent. I bet Valderamma has asian too, judging from his facial features.

He was actually born in Miami, but moved to Venezuela when he was 3 I think. He moved to LA to go to High School. His accent isn't that heavy.

What does white mean you ask? That depends from person to person and time period. Currently, all people of "pure" European descent are white. Race is actually just a culturally defined term. For instance, at one point the Irish and the Italians weren't considered white.

Exactly.And sometimes Jews are considered white, sometimes not. In America, when Italians from south Italy and Greeks were arriving around the beginning of the 20th century, the then established Americans if u will, used to call them "not quite white". However, one cannot be sure one is of pure European descent.
