If you want a carrer outside a great show you have to start doing projects before the show gets cancelled or finishes.At least Ashton Kutcher has a carrer.Look at Prison Break Amaury Nolasco has a decent movie carrer cause he did some work before the season ended and Wentworth Miller the star of the show
has nothing to show after 5 years of doing just TV.
This Wilmer guy will end up in ten years on drugs and doing dancing with the stars.
