Tomlin in Drag Disco Character?

Looking for any info available information about a character i saw Tomlin play in a short clip once. She was in drag as a disco dude/host type guy. Any info about the context of the performance, name of character, show etc. would be valued.

thanks.

I think the character was called Tommy Velour and she played him a few times in specials back in the 70's and 80's. I recall he was a spoof on the Barry White styled singers.

Lily has done 3 male characters. Not sure which one you saw but here they are:

Rick-he is at a singles bar trying to pick up women. This is from her show "APPEARING NITELY" (1977-78). ( Tomlin does not perform him in costume ) Rick also appears in the short "FROM THE BIG ORANGE TO THE BIG APPLE" (1976-77) video featuring numerous Lily characters in a car on the way to New York. Rick is at a gas station at the beginning coming on to Mrs. Beasley. He wears a leather windbreaker type jacket and jeans and has a mustache.

Tommy Velour-He is a singer in Las Vegas, in a flashy suit. He has a mustache. When he unbottons his shirt, we see his chest hair. Lily did Tommy in her tv specials "LILY:SOLD OUT!" (1981) and "LILY FOR PRESIDENT" (1982)

Purvis Hawkins-He is a black soul singer wearing a beige color suit. He has little afro going on. Lily did him in "Lily FOR PRESIDENT" (1982)

I hope this helps.
