Lily Tomlin character who has trouble finishing sentences?

What is the name of the Lily Tomlin character who has trouble finishing sentences?

Lily Tomlin is unquestionably brilliant at creating lasting characters. One character she created cannot finish her thoughts or sentences, but can still hilariously describe a scene. In one Laugh-In skit she attempted to describe a trip to the zoo.

Does this character have a name? Also, are there any recordings where she uses this character?

Hello fellow Tomlin fan!

To the best of my knowledge this character did not have a name. Lily did this on Laugh In when she appeared as herself. Perhaps an extention of Lily? There are some Best Of Laugh In shows on dvd that you can collect and there's lots of various bits of Lily doing this on them. Also on the This Is A Recording album she does it. The album is almost all Ernestine but at the end of one side is Lily describing the telephone company in her "fast talker" manner.
